Vicoze Business Solution Terms

Last updated: March 2026

1. The business solution

Vicoze provides subscription solution for appointment-based businesses, including business profiles, online booking pages, calendars, reservations, client messaging, reviews, staff access, and related workspace tools. These terms govern your business account and your use of that solution.

2. Your business and your clients

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, services, prices, hours, availability, booking rules, client communications, and staff access. Vicoze does not provide the underlying appointment or professional service.

3. Appointment payments

Clients pay your business directly for appointments or services. Vicoze does not collect, hold, route, settle, or receive those appointment payments and does not charge a commission on them. You are responsible for your own pricing, taxes, refunds, cancellations, and payment arrangements.

4. Subscription

The subscription fee is for access to Vicoze business solution. Plans, prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and renewal details are shown at checkout. A subscription is separate from any payment a client makes to your business.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the solution to break the law, misrepresent your business, infringe another person's rights, send harmful or unsolicited content, or attempt to access another account or business workspace.

6. Changes and cancellation

You may cancel your solution subscription under the terms shown at checkout. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period. We may update the solution or these terms with reasonable notice.

7. Contact

Questions about these business solution terms should be sent through the support channel available in your Vicoze account.
