1. Information in a business workspace
Vicoze processes information you provide for your business account, profile, services, availability, reservations, messages, reviews, staff access, and workspace activity so the platform can operate.
2. Client information
When you use Vicoze to receive or manage a reservation, you are responsible for the client information you submit and for providing any notices required by law. Use the workspace only for legitimate business and appointment communications.
3. Subscription billing
Vicoze's subscription is handled by our payment provider, Polar, which may process billing details, payment method information, tax details, receipts, and subscription status. Vicoze does not process payment for the appointment or service itself.
4. Use and sharing
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the solution, communicate about your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your business workspace information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the solution and with authorities when legally required.
5. Choices and questions
You can update many business details from your workspace. For requests about account information, client data, or this privacy notice, contact support through your Vicoze account.
